Springsteen acts like he knew nothing about this company ripping off the customers ~ but he said nothing until it recently became a public scandal.

If someone is willing to pay $5300 for tickets with a face value of $65, it means that either Springsteen is not making enough performances or that his tickets are seriously underpriced. I fail to see how his fans are being ripped off. There are only so many seats available at each venue he plays.
The price mechanism works to allow his best fans to get good seats for his concerts.
