Pointing a gun at a camera is not a crime. Somewhere I’ve got a photo of Jeff Cooper pointing a gun at the camera.
The questions are, was there a human behind the camera, was the gun loaded, a round chambered and the safety off?
I’m sure we’ve all come closer to injuring people driving than she did doing whatever with the rifle.
This is an example of her school having a PC fit. I hope she sues them broke.
