Yes he is a native born citizen but he is not a Natural born citizen -both parents need to be citizens at the time of his birth & they were here on Student visas. We can debate w/out name calling.
I am not “spouting ignorance”. I have been watching Jindal for a while & I think he would be great as our President but there is the problem of Natural born citizenship (requirement to be POTUS) It is in the Constitution.
Unfortunately (or fortunately, as the case may be), from 1790 forward, you won't find a single legislative act or court decision that agrees with your interpretation that "native-born" is distinct from "natural-born".
