I don’t recall who said it but this sums it up for me:
I can vote vote for an imperfect Conservative, I can’t vote for a near perfect Liberal.

I’ll take some imperfections but people like McCain have far too many imperfections to pass the smell test for me.

Give me:
Sandford, Palin, Jindal and I’m tickled pink.

Give me:
Rudy, Mitt, Huckabee and I’ll do a write-in again.

I won’t pick between two flavors of Liberalism, ever.
I would rather feel the urge to vote FOR someone than merely vote against someone.

Do you honestly think we would be any worse off today with McCain in office instead of Obama. Seriously, I'm trying to be a smart ass.

IMHO, we would have been better off to elect John McCain. I can't help but feel he would be better in the office than Obama.
