So many things emerging to criticizing The One over, now that he's in office, I don't think it makes sense to fabricate an issue. He's not bringing terrorists from Gaza to America. I'll be glad to criticize him when he does, but our borders worry me more, particularly the one to the north. As does our incoming CIA director.
Did I just characterize our new CIA director as incoming, I'll have to consider that, it might fit.
My opinion only, but there's no upside to fabricating issues, even if they're emotional. The only people it excites is those already on our side.

I know a couple of Palestinians. One owns a grocery store in a rough neighborhood and the other is a cabbie. They are not pro-Israel in the least bit, but they’ll do business with Jews, lead good, productive lives and care about their communities.
I don’t want to see Israel pushed into the sea, but I don’t want to be treated like a dupe in exchange for my support.
I don’t see where it authorizes their immigration in this document.
Hamas not specifically mentioned either. Memo seems crafted to provide cover for any intent inferred in the original post. Refugee status not defined; can imagine there are those who would jump at the chance to ‘get the hell out of there’. Any resulting immigration, though, would certainly be vulnerable to infiltration by clever fanatics.

By the authority vested in me by the Constitution and
the laws of the United States, including section
2(c)(1) of the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of
1962 (the “Act”), as amended (22 U.S.C. 2601), I
hereby determine, pursuant to section 2(c)(1) of the
Act, that it is important to the national interest to
furnish assistance under the Act in an amount not to
exceed $20.3 million from the United States Emergency
Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund for the purpose
of meeting unexpected and urgent refugee and migration
needs, including by contributions to international,
governmental, and nongovernmental organizations and
payment of administrative expenses of Bureau of
Population, Refugees, and Migration of the Department
of State, related to humanitarian needs of Palestinian
refugees and conflict victims in Gaza.
You are authorized and directed to publish this
