He's headed to DC today to meet with his messiah.

Note that all of the wish lists I've seen from other municipalities have a price tag attached for each project and include the number of jobs derived from each project. Hmmmm.

Good lord..Can’t his own tax base fund some of that stuff! It sounds like stuff that every city has to do as a matter of course! He still hasn’t ‘released’ all of the ‘pay to play projects’. What an utterly corrupt mayor and town!

Pathetic that people in Chicago put up with it! He is probably going to ‘meet’ Obama out of fear his phones are tapped by the feds!!

He will have to communicate with his Thug in Chief in person now. (eye roll)

I'd like to see a list of the companies he plans on hiring and how much each will have to pay into his reelection campaign fund.

The tax base that could pay for this stuff either is so rich that they don’t pay taxes (see Obama’s nominees) or are too poor to be able to pay any. The middle class (e.g., taxpayers) live out in the suburbs - where the infrastructure is in better shape because it’s newer and there’s less (but by no means no) corruption in the governments and corporations that maintain them.

I keep waiting for someone to ask a very simple question - does Obama only want to create blue collar jobs? Every appropriation in this bill are for blue collar jobs. There is no business expansion in this bill, so all the white collar workers that have lost - or are losing - your job, you either are s(hit) out of luck or you need to learn how to dig ditches.

This - along with the Free Choice Act - is a catastrophe for US business. I can’t believe the stock market hasn’t already crashed because of the long term implications with this bill on the business community. Demand is going to dry up for many US bellweather industries.

The graft and corruption in that town/state are really breathtaking in scope. I never paid much attention to Chicago politics until the last year. It looks like the Mob and the Unions run the entire state.

More groups than that....The CPUSA is strong in the Windy City and then there are those I refer to as Obama's UN....Those who have connections to the corruption of their native lands: Iran, Irag, Pakistan, India, Syria, etc etc etc.....

If you haven't seen it lately check out:

Plan on spending some time reading and connecting dots
