What it really looks like is an old D-21 in piggypack mode. But those were all retired in the 60s. Of course they were retired before the government even admitted they existed so there may be some new version out there we don't know about.

A guy build a 3D model of the SR-71 with D-21 at http://www.the3dstudio.com/product_details.aspx?id_product=13520 . Take a look at the 3/4 rear view or thew one that is at wikipedia. If this isn't what we are seeing then it is it's younger cousin.

Looks like AWACS on a B-2 to me, why anyone would want that is another question. Seems sort of contradictory.
