I heard on Dennis Prager, that one judge told to halt proceedings did not, as is his right. The Pres. has no real juristiction to do this.

Anybody know more about this? Thanks

Bambi had jurisdiction it was just a wrong exercise of it. Usually the commander, who is the court martial convening authority, convenes the martial court with evidence like they had on the Cole. In Chickenhearted Bambi’s command they let murderers of US servicemembers go free to prove Bambi is the boss.

From what I understand, he demanded the trial be halted. The judge ignored his “request” as is his right to do. So Obama thumped the judge by dropping all charges altogether. With the ability to recharge at any time of course (sarcasm).
