“This is so dumb he has to be a Dim plant...”

Oh, I don’t think so at all, given the tone of some of the posts here on FR of late.

It is my opinion that the people on this forum are universally opposed to the Obama administration’s policies. Most of us are convinced our nation will be severely damaged, severly exposed to terrorism, and this world destabilized as a result of him being elected. Further, we expect our nation to take a hard left turn away from our founding principles and the U.S. Constitution as a result.

That being said, there are Constitutional solutions to the problem. And those solutions are the only method we support for correcting this situation.

Anyone who advocates violence to remedy the situation belongs on another forum.

It seems to me that nut job idiots like this always seem to show up when the subject of “gun control” comes up. Why is that?

As a defensive measure Michael... That poster did not advocate an offensive utilization of those items.

Actually, if it's time to advocate, it's time to shut up about it.

Probably a plant to help pave the way for gun confiscation.

Nope. The plant will actually take a shot. With a military-pattern semi-auto with a big magazine. All the better to outlaw semi-autos and all related parts.

Oh I don't doubt for a second that the opposition would find someone on the edge, stoke them up, and let them loose.

Not for a single second.

My first thoughts exactly. Don't think they wouldn't so something like this to push their gun grabbing agenda.

In practical terms, people who would take part in such activity would ultimately be exposed to the same tools the terrorists in Iraq were.

While I share some sympathy for the argument you make, the reality that we are faced with makes that type of eventuality an option without a possible chance of success.

Peaceful Constitutional means are the only course of action IMO. The alternative would expose those with clear vision, to being eliminated without effecting policy change.

I don’t see the suggestion as a positive direction to consider.
