I do happen to think a silent protest in Washington, D.C. participated in by tens of millions of people would make a very powerful statement.

Cleaning up after they leave would probably take up an entire season on "Dirty Jobs".

Or perhaps we should leave it there, so Congress can get a whiff of what we have been smelling for the last 20 years.

He means millions of us protesting. We clean up after ourselves. No more than a skeleton crew for barriers and the like.
