Oh please, he just came home and there she was, you know how these Muslim women are prone to losing their heads over such little things.

If the state doesn’t have the death penalty, it makes little difference whether 1st or 2nd.

Muzzammil Hassan is the founder and chief executive officer of Bridges TV, which he launched in 2004, amid hopes that it would help portray Muslims in a more positive light. That didn't work out very well.

When do we hear from CAIR that we have no right to judge the actions of a devout Muslim?

Considered in a moral relativist way, as modern liberals do, what’s not more positive about this?
First, he only beheaded one person. That’s postive, isn’t it?
Second, she was HIS wife. If a Muslim man can’t do with his own property as he wishes, what’s this country coming to? You have to admit, by going to court she specifically and publicly challenged his authority, something intolerable to a Muslim husband, and she had to know it, didn’t she?
It’s not like he went out and beheaded a whole bunch of innocent people he didn’t even know.
So, all in all, I’d say he’s showing Muslims in a more positive light than some might imagine. We need to think more multi-culturally these days. I’m afraid you might not be multi-culti enough for this Hopey-Changie world of the modern U.S., also known as the Obamanation.

Beheading their wives - thats about as positive as theyll get.
I was going to get real snotty and ask if it was a savage Muzzie and by golly, it is. Well, I think you're all jumping to conclusions. Maybe he just slipped when he was running with a knife or something?

First degree = premeditation and planning.
Second Degree = reactionary violence.
Second degree generally carries a 25 to life sentence in most stated with parole possible.
First degree, in most cases, is a mandatory life sentence, but some states still give options.
Capital crimes must be first degree, and in most states require additional aggravating factors or crimes.
The statement that 1st and 2nd carry the same punishment is entirely incorrect.

I’m sure CAIR will be advocating for Sharia Courts so the poor victims like this husband won’t be put through so much hell when things like this happen in the future.
