House Financial Services Committee Chairman Barney Frank says he sees a happy ending to the nations economic woes within several years, has a lot of confidence in the Obama administration economic team, and argues that most of the money being spent to revive US banks is going to be repaid.

Barney Frank, the late and regrettably named Gerry Studds, Ted Kennedy, John Kerry - words cannot express the joys of admitting one is from Massachusetts.
While there is some discussion about whether the correct phonetic spelling is “Bawney” or “Bwaney”, we’re all agreed the last name is spelled “Fwank.”
Adjustments accordingly in the future will help us stay on the Congressman’s good (?) side, by implementing his pronunciation correctly.
I see “Tinker Bell” is gay over a resolution to this whole situation.
I don’t think the economy is the Happy End he’s thinking about.
Happy ending = story of Bawney’s life.
