I thought the headline indicated the woman had been found dismembered. Me too. And I thought "(She's obviously guilty)" was sarcasm, since she couldn't have done the deed without arms. Turns out, it's just FR justice that convicts her based on her otherworldly frightening appearance.

The reporter must have been tired or something - calling the suspect the victim! ;-)
"Eyewitness News spoke to the victim's 81-year-old mother in New York State early Friday evening. She said she hadn't talked to her daughter in a decade, because of a fight over the pigeons Parker allowed to fly freely in her Malabar home.
Eyewitness News checked and Parker has no prior criminal history, but learned she had a Massachusetts mailing address in the 1990s, when the victim was a police officer in the same state."
