What else can you expect from a lying crypto-marxist of a counterfeit Alinskyite POTUS from the most corrupt environs of leftist Chicago gutter politics, who MAY be an illegal alien, who has by my count told 168 LIES on the campaign trail that are at variance with the factual record, has the abortion policy of a Nazi, committed 4 violations of the Logan Act, has taken illegal foreign campaign money, is beholden to the most corrupt national political organization outside of the DemocRAT party itself, ACORN, spent 20 years inhaling the poisonous miasma that emanated from his racist, hate filled anti-American pastor, whose primary seminal philosophical influences were all radicals of one stripe or other, believes that the constitution is a flawed document because judges cannot break it free of the constraints placed upon it by the founders, is more concerned with protecting the rights of terrorists that the security of the US, wants to redistribute wealth in a Fabian socialist or Soviet manner, whose administration has more scandal in the first fortnight than the average presidency has in 4 years, is a committed gun grabber, and is the most inveterate political liar that I have EVER seen in my life.

OK, legal and court costs to quash the subpoena issued to Occidental College, for admissions records and transcripts.

My, my ... just what is in those records, to warrant such a flurry of lawyerly paperwork?

>Clearly, the most highly protected state secret today is contained in a vault in Hawaii.<

If it was placed in a vault, it was placed in it by a person(s) who know(s) the contents of the document. If he/she loves this country, let him/her step forward and divulge this illigitimate ‘state secret’. The information should not be a secret anyway.

Hey you lousy trecherous congressmen open your mouths and demand the truth.

"For all their posturing in opposition to Obama's socialist schemes, Republican Party leaders show no disposition to notice, much less decry, his determination to subvert the Constitution"

That's because it's a complete waste of time that IS going and will go nowhere. With the Democrats controlling the Presidency, the House and the Senate, the Pubbies who can do little to stop ANYTHING, have to pick their battles. Except for the forever traitorous, Collins, Snowe and Spector, we should be really proud of the rest of the Republicans in the House and Senate, who stuck together and refused to sign on to the anti-stimulus package.

Barack Hussein Obama II’s original, long form, vault copy Certificate of Birth can be subpoenaed under Hawaii Revised Statute 338-18(b)(9). It can be subpoenaed by an order of any court of comptent jurisdiction.
I refuse to take any of the lawsuits seriously until someone at least TRIES to subpoena the document in question. Thus far no one has and therefore all these nuisance lawsuits will continue to get thrown out of court, as well they should.
The civil action scorecard thus far is Obama 15/Plaintiffs 0 in legal actions to obtain his birth certificate without having it subpoenaed.

have to pick their battles

When the Constitution is ignored and trampled, the battle has found us, whether we like it or not. The only question is whether we have the courage to fight it or surrender.

>>Obama Threatens Keyes and other Eligibility Plaintiffs - ALAN KEYES<<

While I share much of the criticism of President Obama I’ve read this twice and don’t see where Obama is threatening Keyes.

If you follow the links in post #26 you’ll find that Obama’s lawyers threatened monetary sanctions against the plaintiffs and attorneys who subpoenaed the Occidental College documents.

In politics as in war, real leadership does not consist in titles and position, but in those willing to stand in the forefront of the battle, where taunts and wounds and even death await the ones who raise a rallying flag

Once again its time for "Don't Tread on Me."

I will open my checkbook, work the phones, stuff envelopes, flood people’s inboxes, pound the pavement... whatever it takes to make sure this issues never dies and to make sure Mr. Obama’s eligibility finally has its day in the sun.

Personally, I think that would be like being thankful to those who just helped torch your house and break your legs with a baseball bat because they didn't help break your arms.
