That's because it's a complete waste of time that IS going and will go nowhere. With the Democrats controlling the Presidency, the House and the Senate, the Pubbies who can do little to stop ANYTHING, have to pick their battles. Except for the forever traitorous, Collins, Snowe and Spector, we should be really proud of the rest of the Republicans in the House and Senate, who stuck together and refused to sign on to the anti-stimulus package.
Barack Hussein Obama II’s original, long form, vault copy Certificate of Birth can be subpoenaed under Hawaii Revised Statute 338-18(b)(9). It can be subpoenaed by an order of any court of comptent jurisdiction.
I refuse to take any of the lawsuits seriously until someone at least TRIES to subpoena the document in question. Thus far no one has and therefore all these nuisance lawsuits will continue to get thrown out of court, as well they should.
The civil action scorecard thus far is Obama 15/Plaintiffs 0 in legal actions to obtain his birth certificate without having it subpoenaed.

While I share much of the criticism of President Obama I’ve read this twice and don’t see where Obama is threatening Keyes.
If you follow the links in post #26 you’ll find that Obama’s lawyers threatened monetary sanctions against the plaintiffs and attorneys who subpoenaed the Occidental College documents.
Once again its time for "Don't Tread on Me."
I will open my checkbook, work the phones, stuff envelopes, flood people’s inboxes, pound the pavement... whatever it takes to make sure this issues never dies and to make sure Mr. Obama’s eligibility finally has its day in the sun.
Personally, I think that would be like being thankful to those who just helped torch your house and break your legs with a baseball bat because they didn't help break your arms.
