Has anyone seen the actual text yet? If so, please pass the link on.
I checked Thomas.gov and found the link here:

If you click on the link under Conf. Report, Div. A and Div B it will download. Then if you use your search binoculars, you can search whatever words you wish. At least I think that’s how I managed to search.
Someone else posted it here -it’s at thomas.gov. When I called my Senator yesterday to urge a no vote, they told me you can search by topic with ctrlF. Haven’t tried it myself yet.
