Why did he lie? Simple, he is a Illinois democrat, it is in his DNA Now you may say "All Democrats lie" ... and this may be true. But in Illinois Democrats case, it's bred into them, in-bred into them, and instilled into them from birth.
Illinois Democrats are a special breed. (Take it from someone who lives here, and has been under the control of the Daley state-wide thugocracy for almost two decades now.)
