I’ll tell you what, waking up to the news that “prominent Republicans aren’t ruling out bank nationalization” and that they “favor the Swiss model over the Japanese one” might make me change my mind in a hurry.

And then to hear the conservatives in the “pundit pit” on Fox News agree with their liberal counterparts and talk about it like it was the BEST option for our immediate future...I guess that slope is more slippery than I thought.

Absolutely. No Republican (even the squishy ones like Graham, McLame & other Rinos) should be touching this or agreeing with it in any sense. However the nagging contingent of 6-8 Rinos in the Senate will ALWAYS produce at least 2-3 betrayers on a round robin basis who will backstab & betray the other Republicans in their rush to appear "bipartisan" and "reaching across the aisle". No matter how much it destroys our country!!!
