Is it possibly in the Spam filter settings?

No. The messages are not going to the junk folder, they seem to be getting blocked at the ISP server level. I tried going to Rush’s site and signing up with the same address but I got a message telling me that I was already signed up. So I signed up with a web-based e-mail address and was able to get “Rush in a Hurry” that way.
