Not irrelevant at all. The judge is implying that “disorderly conduct” standards should apply the same to free speech and to the right to keep and bear arms.

This is highly relevant.

IMO, we would be much better off with the old laws against disturbing the peace (re. reasonable assumption that other individual(s) offended rather than state’s assumption of “disorderly conduct”—vulgar name-calling and the like and minor physical retaliations allowed).
