"Internet radio is becoming a big deal, and we're seeing that some web sites are able to control traffic and information, while other sites that may be of interest or use to citizens get limited traffic because of the way the people search and look for information,"

Sounds like the Rats want to be able to manipulate search engine results.

Nostrilitis is almost as despicable as John Commieyers ... its a squeaker but Conyers takes it by a nose hair.

With this usurpation for Democrats are pushing freemen perilously close to the point where they must make a reckoning for or against revolution.

When one considers that the "outrages" inflicted upon the colonists of 1776 who chose revolution rather than submission were far more benign than what the Obama administration and his gang in Congress are contemplating; when one considers that if one loses free speech one has lost, politically, everything; then freemen, deprived of free speech and therefore of the option to defend their freedoms in the political forum, have recourse only to revolution.

Couple that reality with the emerging reality that the voting process itself is about to be stolen through ACORN, illegal immigration, and the census, means the traditional natural and constitutional recourses to maintain liberty for a free society, the soapbox and the ballot box, are gone.

What is a freemen to do if his children are drafted into indoctrination camps? If his property is taken without recourse by regulation or taxation? If his ballot boxes are stuffed? If his courts are packed? If his doctor is turned into his enemy by the state? If his toilet flush, his calories, his lightbulb, and his reading material are all regulated by an arbitrary and unresponsive tyrant?

When does revolution become honorable?

The revolution can take many forms. Open rebellion against the police power and the military might of the 21st-century state is hopeless. But civil disobedience is a real option. Tax revolts are another. Resistance on the state level or city level-which we have already got a taste of when the left controls these places-is another option. Our 18th century patriot forefathers used boycotts effectively. We have nearly 150 million potential patriots with their imaginations who are resourceful and brave who can devise many ways to win back their freedom. More than 47% of us represent quite an army.

According to The Prowler, Waxman and his staff are already looking at ways to police content on the web.

Even the Communists in China can't completely police content on the web. Good luck to Waxman and the would-be thought police on the Left.

It sure would be nice if we have something more than unnamed sources.

Not satisfied at dining endlessly at the public trough, now this DhimmiRat LibTard wants to secure the progressives’ meal ticket by controlling the means by which we disseminate information.
Not surprising. It has always been about control.

Time to take back the country.
