Nancy Pelosi: Almost single-handedly Speaker Nancy Pelosi destroyed President Obamas image as a moderate conciliator. Her pork-a-thon spending bill dressed up as a stimulus and her decision to exclude Republicans entirely from the legislative process not only revived the Republican opposition, but needlessly sacrificed the Democrats appeal to moderate swing voters. Now that her appetite has been whetted (and it is clear the president has no interest or ability in restraining her), there is no telling how far to the left she will leap. The danger is a series of hyper-partisan battles over card check, health care, energy, and the like, in which the Republicans will be able to cast their opponents, including the president, as ideologically out of step.
Eric Cantor: The Republican whip was able to line up two successive perfect votes in opposition to the spending bill. Even the New York Times is touting him as a Newt Gingrich-like figure in opposition. If he is able, along with House Minority Leader Boehner (who demonstrated some theatrical flare himself) and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, to organize principled opposition to the Democrats liberal agenda and provide a stream of alternative conservative ideas, he will have the Republicans well positioned for 2010. Moreover, the heat will be on the Blue Dog Democrats, whose willingness to sacrifice their own political viability for the sake of party loyalty will be severely tested...

Let’s not forget the master ... George Soros - who can easily replace this empty suit.
From what I’m seeing, Jim Tedisco has a VERY good chance of winning that seat and giving a bright spot to the GOP . . . especially in a blue state!
The irony here is the biggest political beneficiary is Republican Eric Cantor.
Obama’s worst enemies, the biggest threats to his Presidency, come from his own side....(chuckle)
Ah, lifes little ironies...
Bambi will crush his enemies.

Hopefully one of these names may sink O:
Orly Taitz, Phil Berg, Gary Kreep, Mario Apuzzo.
Fitzpatrick might be one too.

Can we donate to help Jim Tedisco before our money is worthless?
The GOP HAS to help Jim win because it will scare the living h*ll out of Blue Dog Dems. They will run away from O like scared hound dogs.
This could be huge. Rush and the radio talkers should try to help Jim.
Somebody ping HoosierMama about Roland Burris being mentioned aka Chicago corruption and maybe the Fitz factor.
HoMa has been following the Chicago (endless) corruption closely.
Doesn’t need to;as long as he can buy off the 3 Rino stooges he can get away with anything.
Keyes?

Nancy Pelosi isn't human, so the count of "people" excludes her.
Cantor did a good job, too bad Jon Kyl couldn't do the same in the Senate. Kyl is too soft for the job he has, he's a nice man and a reasonably conservative, but Rahm Emanuel would eat him for lunch.
Yup. Alan Keyes has standing and has been harmed. This is what judges have been hiding behind in these cases.
Justice Scalia has said a candidate in an election has standing.
As the one (African American) baby in the eTrade commercial says “clear his golden pipes.”
The baby wants to sing and the other white baby/hipster says “wrong venue.” Hilarious.
Their golf ad is even better.
Well that’s the price the empty suit has to pay for selling his soul to become the figurehead POTUS.
It’s becoming clear now, all the phoney photo-op’s, the stickers of his face on real coins, the books written by him he’s there to make a lot of money and secure his future for his one term in office. The American voters are the losers and he will smile all the way to the bank.
As we’ve seen, those 3 aren’t his enemies. Real enemies, he will have crushed.
