Walk to specific area outside apartment that is governmentally allowed for smoking.
Get into your slow, small car because that is all that can me made any more by the federally subsidized car companies.
Finally you are free from government for a little while, light your smoke (if there is no kid in the car - you will get a ticket), press down on the gas (get a speed camera ticket for 11 mphs over), turn on your radio to listen people as pissed as you. No wonder the government wants the radio too.
