Constitutionally, one may not recall a member of the House or the Senate, regardless of the state law on point. The Constitution is the sole source of the terms, qualifications and mechanisms for removal for these officials.

This is a publicity stunt.

Or, it may simply demonstrate how utterly ignorant Louisiana's Democrats are.

We've long suspected it's this bad of course.

The people leading the recall are typical liberals. They can’t think beyond the immediate plan. Imagine if a Congressman could be recalled. Then, state by state, a President could be recalled!
