(Must see images of Google News search)
(IHateTheMedia.com Exclusive) Were professional cynics at IHateTheMedia.com. Were trained to expect the worst from the media. With that in mind, it seemed to us that the media had paid far more attention to the trivial story of Connecticuts murderous monkey than the lightning rod story of Buffalos beheaded Muslim wife.
Is it possible, we wondered, that the media would intentionally ignore the kind of shocking crime story they normally love, simply because focusing on a murderous Muslim is politically incorrect in the land of liberal news?
So we performed a simple experiment. We searched Google News for both stories. Here, unfortunately, is what we found:

Astounding, but as predicted.
This is one to definitely pass along to your favorite blogger to reference. ...and to DIGG.

Fox actually did cover the beheading story a few minutes ago.
Better late than never, I suppose...

Is that the woman that was beheaded? What a terrible waste of life. And I suppose the man standing next to her is her husband?

The beheadings that go on near the border states in Mexico and just across the border into the US get no play in the media at all. It's becomming quite a common occurence.
It's coming up on Spring Break and San Diego has put out warnings for kids NOT to go to Tijuana because it's not safe.

Of all the articles we've put out, I think this one should really get around. When we say that the media is biased, and that it suppresses stories of crimes committed by muslim-americans, poeple don't believe us. Well, this story puts in in black and white. People have to see it. I can't tell you how many people I've spoken with that don't know the story.
So, obviously we can DIGG it (please do, the link is in the article, but the link to the left here should work too). But where else can the article be posted? Let's get it out there for all the media apologists to see.

Is it possible, we wondered, that the media would intentionally ignore the kind of shocking crime story they normally love, simply because focusing on a murderous Muslim is politically incorrect in the land of liberal news? Haven't they ignored the fact that even unbiased news media should report news? How newsworthy is it really that another man from a particular demographic beheaded another woman who displeased him? In contrast, a chimpanzee rampage is something we don't see every day. In a sense, the media got their coverage right.

I was pleasantly surprised yesterday to see the Newark Star-Ledger carrying an AP article about the murder. It mentioned the “brutal irony” of a decapitation (allegedly) done by someone who was combatting Muslim stereotypes.
Furthermore, the NY president of NOW called it a “terroristic version of honor killing” and condemned prosecutors for minimizing it by describing it as domestic violence.
Somewhere, a pig has sprouted a flight feather.

This is easily explained, really. A murderous monkey is news, a murderous muslim isn’t news - muslim mayhem is so commonplace that we take it for granted.
