Other than being a snide old bat on The View, just what or who is Joy Behar actually famous for?.....................

She's supposed to be a comedian...lol

Her fame as a despotic liberal on The View has gone to her head.

I had no idea she ever hosted Larry King Live, but she is a perfect substitute for him.

If she wore suspenders, you wouldn't be able to tell them apart except that she is older than King.

“Now, Joy Behar is, just like Sarah Palin is everything that conservatives will hope that she would be, Joy Behar is exactly in my brief experience with her exactly everything that conservatives would presume her to be in the negative. She’s an idiot, I frankly think she’s a bit of a b***h”

She used to do stand up. She was pretty good too. I don’t know what happened to her. Like Bill Maher and some others, she turned into a bitter, unfunny Leftist.

Bad jokes. before Bush she was a man hating feminist, then she caught Bush derangement syndrome, and became popular with the leftwing moonbats in Holliwierd nightclubs. Now she has nothing, but left over Bush derangement. She tries for Ann, but Ann keeps slapping her down.

Yeah, why is Joy Behar famous? There’s nothing original about her.

Thanks for posting this, and the link to the interview.

After watching it I’d say in a previous life Joy Behar was a Baby Seal, and Ann Coulter was an Eskimo with a ball bat.

She’ made Behar look ridiculous. Not hard to do, but still enjoyable.

All that said, Behar isn’t stupid. She was smart enough to know the only way anyone would pay attention to her subbing for Larry the serial husband is to have Coulter on.

Coming into show business rather late, probably in her late 30s, from her original career as a schoolteacher in the 70s, Behar first gained notice as a sometimes very good
stand up comedienne. Soon, she began subbing for the host on some NY market radio stations, probably either WABC or WOR, don’t remember. Eventually, she got her own show, for a while. THis was also the period when the strident Lynn Samuels was on the air, off and on, and off and on again, in the NY market, and Behar ideologically was a good complement to her, even if they were on the same network, which they may have been. The powers-that-be must have thought she had some small degree of comic pseudo-punditry, much like the much cleverer Bill Maher, so she eventually wound up on The View, as a living embodiment of the Peter Principle. She had risen to the level of her incompetence.
