I believe the people who ran the cartoon, did not mean it as a racial slur, they meant to expose the stimulus package as written by a dunderhead, with not the brains of a simian.

That being said, the folks over at the NY Post should have had a brain in their collective head themselves, to see the problem that would have cropped up from race baiters. It was a stupid move to print it, considering that a common racial slur could have been and in fact, was construed by turds like Sharpton et al.

Can you put Obama pictures next to the Bush/Chimp pictures to see who wins the look alike contest? If it comes down to flapping ears I think I know the winner; not being mean, I have always been embarrassed by the way my ears “catch the wind.” Doesn't help the hearing though.
