Typical of Freeman's viewpoints is a statement he made in a speech before the Washington Institute of Foreign Affairs in 2007, in which he more or less blames international terrorist acts on Israel.
"American identification with Israeli policy has also become total. Those in the region and beyond it who detest Israeli behavior, which is to say almost everyone, now naturally extend their loathing to Americans...."

If Isreal is abandoned and destroyed, the Jews in the US have no one to blame but themselves. Short of the Orthodox most of the Jews voted for BO. They better not come to me and beg the US to do something, because I will hand them a one way ticket to Isreal and a rifle.

They won't be destroyed completely, but you do understand Israel gets overrun by the anti-Christ who smashes through Israel heading south and then only on his return trip north back through Israel gets wiped out. Israel gets beat up pretty bad, before the Lord shows up to save the remnant. If I understand it correctly.

I hope you are right in accordance to scripture. But the liberal Jews in America should be held to account by the Lord for nearly letting Isreal to be abandoned and nearly destroyed.
God will be dealing with Israel (all Jews) during that 7 year period. In the end they’ll come to realize who Yeshua was and is.
Side note: There are some who say Bibi actually is a Christian!! Not a popular position to have in Israel today.

It’s pretty clear that the US favors Israel But, it’s not about religion or racism as the Muslims like to have everyone think. The US favors Israel simply because it is a human rights based democracy.
I guarantee that if the bordering countries had freedom of the press, freedom of religion, equality in the eyes of the law, women’s rights, and ‘real’ regular elections the US would be excited to be more even handed in all aspects of Middle Eastern policy.
However, this simply isn’t the case. The US has to deal with tyrants such as the late Yaser Arafat and Saddam Hussein, Hamas, Hezbolah, the Mullah’s in Saudi Arabia, and the nut-job in Iran. Even the more moderate regimes in Jordan and Egypt are dictatorships. What choice does the US really have but to side with Israel? They’ve simply earned the respect and the Arab side has not. Period.
Put another way, if you saw two men arguing in the street over a car accident and one man more or less looked like he had his act together and the other looked unshaven, un-kept, and was driving an old beater, who would you give the benefit of the doubt, too. It’s just common sense and human nature.

Please understand that I don't claim to understand prophecy nor have any particular understanding of the Book of Revelations, since I'm not a Christian. But, with that said, isn't it said that one can not know when the "end times" will be? And as such, there's no way to know if the events that are unfolding before us portend to those "end times" or not. For the sake of this discussion, I'm assuming that they do not.
The Lord has promised to never allow Israel to be destroyed. I believe that's why he's blessed the world with the USA: As a last haven for Jews while he disciplines his "children" who it seems have forsaken him. Look, I would never claim to know what the Will of the Lord is, but it seems to me that when the Jews have screwed up in the past, The Lord has allowed bad things to befall us to "teach us a lesson." I have no doubt that The Lord will keep his promise, however I also believe that doesn't mean that he won't allow Israel's enemies to destroy the State of Israel, at least not when there's safe haven for Jews in the US. Please remember, the Lord has allowed Israel to be destroyed by her enemies many times in the past. That doesn't mean it can't or won't happen again.
