To: Repeal 16-17
Two-thirds of the States may repeal any federal law, propose a Constitutional amendment or overrule a Supreme Court within a year of that decision.

Clearer wording:

Two thirds of the States may:

(1) repeal any federal law;

(2) propose a Constitutional amendment; or

(3) overrule a Supreme Court decision within a year of that decision.

I was worried my original wording would be interpreted to mean all three were only to be used in response to a Supreme Court decision.

“(3) overrule a Supreme Court decision within a year of that decision. “

This is too direct of control over constitutional law. 2/3 of the states could decide that it is consitutional to ignore the presidential term limit.

I think the states need the right to remove federal judges from the bench, including supreme court justices.
