Actually no, they are presumed innocent *not* just “in the court” as a matter of some “legal wording” valid only for when a person sits in that courtroom and just in front of the jury — but — they are presumed innocent *period*

Please. The phrase 'presummed innocent .....' has a very specific legal meaning valid only in the courtroom. I have every right to presume someone guilty before their arrest, before their trial and after their trial. For example, I do not presume that O.J. is innocent of murdering his wife.

As I said, you have every right to your hypocritical opinion, while I have every right to criticize that hypocritical opinion, too...
