To answer the question, no, we cannot. The House can for any reason whatsoever that might be considered a high crime or misdemeanor. The Senate would try him if that happened. It will not happen.

I have been thinking the same thing. I hope so. Doesn’t he have to do something illegal?
-
That all depends on if you are a DEM or Rep. If you’re a Dem then you can do anything you want. If you’re are Rep you can’t do anything without drawing severe criticism from the left!!! Then, you must go before a Congressional hearing to defend yourself from something you didn’t do in the first place!! All the while, the liberal MSM has already tried and sentenced you without even a shred of REAL evidence to prove your guilt. :)

Now, see how this works?!

I don't see it, mylife. He owns the media, Hollywood, all branches of government, higher education, unions, "community organizers" - and millions in campaign funds. Particularly when I see "the one" with his 60% approval ratings, and Fox Opinion Dynamics polls saying that the vast majority of our fellow countrymen believe that jobs, healthcare, food, and housing are all "rights" that the government should provide and protect.

Should we do or best? Of course. But I believe that the people are under a strong delusion.

I don’t think any prez should be impeached for anything that comes down to a matter of opinion.

The quick answer is yes the House could do it if they wanted to and the Senate could impeach him. Of course it takes 50% +1 of the House to impeach the President. Do you see any chance in h*ll that the House would do that? I don’t.

Were you guilty of malfeasance?

Hehehehehe...no, thank goodness...just had to be schooled on what is what...malfeasance...misfeasance and the difference between the two...

I do know, and I ma not a lawyer, misfeasance is knowing what must be done yet you failed to do it and malfeasance is being unable to do what should have been done...purely layman's terms here...sorry. I am sure legal minds will correct me or elaborate.

Run it into the ground then let Socialism*cough*communism*cough* into every vein of our Capitalism System."

Socialism? Obama is a Marxist/Communist idealist. Socialism requires a healthy, functioning capitalist system to feed off of in order to steal funds via taxes on profits and the wages of those working for those businesses to fund government run social programs.

Marxism is when the government runs everything, there is no privately run business to speak of, and then uses the funds generated by government run business and factories and what ever it can make off those cheap exports to fund social programs, something like the soviet union was/is.

So no, Obama isn't running the economy into the ground for "socialism" to run into your veins, That would destroy socialism as well.

He's destroying private enterprise and industry as well as private banking system so he can take over everything, turning it into government run industries and a government run banking system, as well as controlling all the social needs of the citizenry, which of course will become something like what the USSR had/still has to some extent.

"Examine the institution of slavery which existed within the United States and the colonies that became the United States from 1619 through 1865. The Commission’s examination shall include an examination of— (A) the capture and procurement of Africans; (B) the transport of Africans to the United States and the colonies that became the United States for the purpose of enslavement, including their treatment during transport...

Psst! they are all dead now. As far as "African Americans" effected by this today, there are none.

In fact 99% can't even trace their ancestry beyond immediate family (mother), or one generation at the most.
