I have a wife, eleven children, two married and nine still at home being homeschooled, a full-time engineering job (for as log as it lasts), a farm with livestock, and a house that needs a lot of fixing.

I just finished an algebra class I'm giving to three of the children.

I may not have as much time on my hands as others.

I comment sometimes when I'm waiting for a long compile or install, or I'm enjoying some coffee for a minute during a break from all the things I'm in the middle of doing.

I've already blown my budgeted play time today, so I must pull away.

I used to believe like you. I was an evolutionist, an atheist. I believed that

• everything came from nothing out of nowhere for no reason
• life is just a curious side-effect of an unknowing, uncaring cosmos
• when you die you are just so much compost
• the best thing you can hope for is a life of self-gratification and a painless extinction.

Then Jesus saved me.

Needless to say, the change was profound, and I have been immeasurabley blessed by it.

I pray that you too will find that same peace.
