The woman is a typical liberal. Can’t answer a question by staying on topic.
One thing that Stuart didn’t touch on, was that the government forced these institutions to make bad loans.
It really bothers me when terms like “preditory practices” are used, because banks had no choice.
Janet Reno took one linding institution to court, and forced it to make bad loans. From there on out, lending institutions had no choice but to extend those types of loans.
If anyone was predatory, it was the Justice Department of the United States. They preyed on an industry, to make sure their (democrat) voters got free houses. And when those (democrats) couldn’t pay their bills, the banks were then blamed for it.
This is such a simple concept. It really bothers me that people who should know better, are comfortable with the banks and lending institutions being demonized like this.
Bravo, Mr. Varney!
These people are theives—I don’t care how you slice it.
I don’t feel sorry for those who have defaulted on their mortgages—not at all.

In my world the banks would get law enforcement involved to clear them out.
If they damaged the property on their way out they would add time in jail to their woes.
What is wrong with people these days?
Where have our principles gone?
A society cannot survive like this.
Perhaps we have gotten too far from nature?
We have forgotten how much work it took humans to get us to this point?
I don’t know but we are sliding backwards and 0bama and his gang are pushing hard.
My understanding, from earlier reports, is that in these cases the people WERE out of the house following a completed foreclosure process. Then, ACORN helped them break back into the house to occupy it again.
Is my understanding incorrect?

unlike my local six o-clock newscast which portrays ACORN as a bunch of “kind, caring people who only want to help distressed homeowners”.
