Nothing personal intended against this man, but it certainly is interesting that at this time, a name so closely associated with "Omen" would become prominent on Capitol Hill. Or that Molokai is similar to "Molech". Intersting times, indeed.

Oh, come now. How is Molokai related to Molech? If you’re saying that they’re similar in form or pronunciation might I offer two counterexamples? Mute & Moot, two very different meanings, but very similar pronunciation; And What of Rape and Rope? They differ by only one letter, so they must be related, right?
PS — I’ve read that the name “Damien” is derived from Greek and means “Sweet and Harmless”.
I suggest actually reading about what Father Damien did. Once you do, you will no longer be tempted to make such comments.
