[history]
The Pennsylvania House is considering a 10th Amendment resolution, sponsored by Representative Samuel Rohrer of the 128 District. In response to my e-mail of appreciation, I received the message below. He is asking for support across Pennsylvania for House Resolution 95.
*******************************************************
"Dear XXX,
Thank you for your kind words of encouragement on my efforts to protect Pennsylvanias state sovereignty. I appreciate your taking the time to contact Senator Greenleaf and Representative Taylor, requesting their support of this issue.
As a quick update, right now I am in the process of asking fellow state representatives to consider co-sponsoring this legislation. I encourage you to request your family members, friends, and acquaintances outside of my district to contact their House member, urging him or her to support House Resolution 95 to protect Pennsylvanias independence.
Again, thank you for your e-mail. Please know that I will continue to fight for the rights of all Pennsylvanians across our Commonwealth.
Sam Rohrer Rep. Samuel E. Rohrer Member, 128th Legislative District Chairman, Agriculture & Rural Affairs Committee PA House of Representatives Harrisburg Office: 717-787-8550 Reading Office: 610-775-5130

I certainly don’t disagree with states reasserting their rights but what will be the next knowing Obami will continue to usurp states rights after such bills pass?

I just sent an email to my Rep. Karen Beyer. It’s Resolution 95 I think, rather than 75.

We’re in uncharted waters, aren’t we? I don’t know what comes next; I’ll think about that tomorrow.

"I just sent an email to my Rep. Karen Beyer. Its Resolution 95 I think, rather than 75." Good Catch - long day, and I can't even blame dyslexia - it's Res. 95.

It would certainly be great to see Pennsylvania get aboard the 10th Amendment train. Some resources if you haven't located them yet:
Pennsylvania General Assembly website to find and contact your state representatives.
FR Pennsylvania Members List where you will find a complete list of Penn Freepers. Somebody should have some ping lists.
Good luck Pennsylvania!!!

Are you able to make a correction to 1st post to reflect Resolution 95 rather than 75?
Thank you.

I can’t correct the first post, I can only edit the body. I changed the reference there from Resolution 75 to Resolution 95. If you’d like, I can delete comment 1 and move it into the body of the post.
