Alright! You can’t transfer chumps (a Senator, Congressman, or President) across state lines any longer. Excellent...

Oh, chimps. Nevermind...

Oh really, go look at the depictions of the Irish in the 19th century, look like all they need is a cap and an organ grinder.

We survived, we always do.

Where in the Fourteenth Amendment does the federal government get the authority to do this?

Micheal Jackson had a pet chimpanzee, didn’t he?

Maybe that’s what ate his face off.

"Eight days after a 200-pound chimpanzee critically mauled a woman in Connecticut, the House moved Tuesday to ban the transport of monkeys and apes across state lines for the purpose of selling them as pets."

Once again, the house is over stepping it's jurisdiction. The house has NO business creating laws and imposing them on individual states. The power of the Federal government are limited to those granted in the constitution.

Where are they planning to house Helen Thomas?

LoL! I guess this means she is stuck in Washington. They are going to have to cage her in a back room somewhere, and have her banana's shipped in.

ban the transport of monkeys and apes across state lines

Well, guess some members won’t get back to congress. Too bad snakes and cockroaches weren’t included.
