We have descended to an American Idol form of governance — who cares if the song is sh*tty so long as it is belted out well? Bobby Jindhal had a great message for the American people, but it will be lost in the waves of criticism for his personal style and deliverance. Barfsack shovelled his usual manure with aplomb and is lionized; Bobby preaches reason and restraint in a lackluster manner and makes himself fodder for Saturday Night Live for years. Alinsky wins and we lose.
