Yes, he did, but because his computer or software was not compatible with the court’s, the court could not upload it properly and got basically junk. The Show of Cause that was submitted yesterday included the Opposition and various supporting documents that were filed on time. It can only be described as a technological glitch. I became so intrigued for a variety of reasons that I went to the PACER site and downloaded what was filed yesterday.
