I said "tried & sentenced". If he's tried and found guilty, he isn't innocent, is he Mr. Buchanan?You said NOTHING about being found guilty. At least Uncle Joe would have paused for a predetermined verdict between trial and execution of sentence.

Oh FGS. Grow up. If he is sentenced, it would BECAUSE he was found guilty. You aren't sentenced if you are found innocent or Not Guilty, now are you? Where the blazes did you go to school?
