FedGov over exceeded their authority and created a limited market. Demand has only gone up. Simple Econ 101.

Sure enough. By rights that odious part of the US Code should be ruled unconstitutional, and manufacturing of full autos and happy switches would begin in earnest.

Don't worry, though: economics and other scientific laws have a way of defeating politicians. Supply will come from elsewhere, kind of like the case was with alcohol and is with drugs. Demand MUST be satisfied.

There have been a couple of test cases. I think Rock River Armory had one where they got a judge to stand up to the BATFe. Maybe someone else has the link handy, I'd have to go digging for it.

It's been 70+ years of harassment because of the NFA. Ruby Ridge and Waco wouldn't have been possible were it not for the BATFE's unConstitutional exercise of force.
