DUMMIES never learn to not mess with our guns do they?

I am beginning to see a one term President for this one of many reasons.

Just where are the cries from the people to abolish gun rights? You do not hear them unless they’re some left wing nut job nudged by a politic ion to do away with the guns that will keep the great usurper from taking our country without a fight.

“Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom of Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States.” —Noah Webster, An Examination of the Leading Principles of the Federal Constitution, 10 October 1787

I was wondering if this was the idea behind all the gun banning brouhaha. Especially if Obabma creates his ‘civilian militia’ that I heard him mention at one time.
