Looks like they copied it right from Canadian law...

And that sponsor is a former Black Panther who did time in jail for illegal possession of firearms. He is not against guns. He is against law abiding whites having them.

What they are going to do is merge an expanded HR 45 (with insurance Requirement), an Expanded AWB (More like a Semi-auto weapons ban), and Ammunition Accountability into one omnibus gun control bill. This will be attached to a “Must pass” omnibus bill.
