The next run will be on reloaders.

That is already underway in many state legislatures. There are bills pending that seek to "code" any new ammo made, in order to track it, and to destroy any old, unfired ammo. The one in MO would call for all unused, uncoded ammo to be destroyed by July 1, 2010.

The net effect of this would be that reloading would become illegal, because the rounds are not properly coded, for tracking.

Here's what you need in hand:
A collet style bullet puller.
Some 800 grit emery paper to polish the base of the bullet.
A seating/crimp die for the round in question.
Bingo. Uncoded ammo.
Lather, rinse, repeat.
