[Repeal 16-17]

I expect Pelosi and crew will strip out the amendment when it goes through the House. Besides, as stated before, it is totally unconstitutional, anyhow.

The part which Pelosi will want stripped from the bill and the part which is Unconstitutional are two different things.

I know. I was referring to the “DC vote” being unconstitutional and Pelosi stripping the gun rights provision. Sorry if I wasn’t clear.
