This was the Bill that ALL the House Repubs voted NO on at least wasn’t it?

From what I understood, when the Repubs voted no, Martial Law was invoked.

That is what those video clips from the congressmen are saying. They were told, if they didn’t vote yes, martial law would be used.

That last vote doesn’t show Martial Law being repealed either. Which means, it is still in place.

This is the rewrite:

The treasury monies supposidly went into the Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

Even if ALL the Repubs and some Dems voted No! they would have been out shouted by the rest of the Dems and Pelossi would have slammed her gavel down and say the "Yeas have it".
