You did your homework quite thoroughly, didn’t you? I suggest you go on a lecture tour and make real money. Thanks for the info.

(That is a Canadian DA, 1911 model, isn’t it?)

[In the past two days, I have heard from six U.S. citizens who are successful entrepreneurs.]

Just in a meeting with four millionaires, not super rich but successful. Half the meeting was how to squirrel away money before we even got down to business (a $3 million property). The one guy is selling out to move to Brazil.

Yes, Obama wants to DESTROY the American economic system; but, NO, the election did not show that the majority in America want exacly that. Some wanted (and want) that, but many just wanted a black president and others just did not see McCain as a better alternative. Most Americans, unlike Obama and Pelosi, do not want to destroy the American economic system; but it takes time for people to be willing to admit they made a mistake,

Aye, there's the rub! So.... If repairs* don't come fairly soon, the only platform required to win in 2010 is 'Impeach Obama'!

Note * I've always maintained that if we get rid of the 4-legged stool (also known as "shorts win, longs lose") that caused the economy to tank, it would stabilize almost immediately: 1) bring back the SEC's 'uptick rule'; 2) Repeal the Pension Relief Act of 2006; 3) Require that shorts deliver shorted shares (kill 'naked shorting') with penalty 'banned from market participation for 2 years' on failure to comply; and 4)drop the FASB's 'mark-to-market' rules for long-lived assets.
