Infiltration was the means by which the FBI took out the Weathermen, KKK, CPUSA, and all the several other subversive organizations. But then after Vietnam Congress, in their infinite wisdom, passed a law (name unrecalled) which forbid such activities and effectively handcuffed the FBI.

So, from this story are we to believe those restrictions have been removed??
