I don’t know what you’ve gone through but my husband and I have lost many good friends who died serving this nation. This military wife was not questioning your patriotism but rather your pessimism.

If he sees this country going down the flusher, and if we
continue on the path we're on, then we are, he's earned
the right to say that.
I apologize if I jumped the gun, but I'm quick to defend
my fellow Marines, as I am quick to defend my fellow
Tennesseans.
