I can’t remember an effective RNC Chairman since Jim Gillespie. Steele would do well to watch videos of Gillespie speaking the conservative message on the Sunday shows. He was fearless, on message, and smiled as he gave our “talking points.”

Eric Cantor is giving powerful answers to Steffi’s gotcha questions. I really like this congressman.

If you mean Ed Gillespie I think he was GOP chairman when the party supported Specter over Toomey in the Senate primary.

Amen. Every news chat show, some journalist asks about the "problems in the Republican Party" to their Republican guest. And then, with the reliablity of Old Faithful and in a fit of self-loathing, the Republican guest, whomever it may be, agrees.

How about NOT AGREEING? How about pointing out that on many issues Obama ran not as a liberal, but pretended to be a conservative, especially on economic issues. How about calling out journalist on their OVERTLY slanted bias? How about pointing out that the DJIA has lost almost 7,000 points since Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid took over Congress?

Steele and his Republican colleagues had better start bringing a gun to this fight and leave the sticks of butter at home.
