Hey, I’ll gladly come along even without permits. I just liked the idea of having some speakers who probably wouldn’t come unless it was permitted and planned.
Yeah, that’s the concern, some speakers who could draw even MORE folks to DC won’t show up if it’s not permitted/planned.
