Actually it says that he has seen and verifies that there is a certificate on record. It does not say that they have seen what it says—just that it is there somewhere. There is a big difference.
It is curious that BO’s PR people have put out several stories about the lawsuits in the past few days.
That tells me that they are very concerned about a case that Berg has filed or is about to file.
Obama has picked John O. Brennan as his top adviser on counterterrorism, a role that will give the CIA veteran a powerful voice on the government’s use of security contractors and on other sensitive issues in which he recently has played a private-sector role.
It was one of Brennan’s employees that breached Obama’s passport data while working as a contractor for the US State Department. The State Department Inspector General wrote a report on the passport breach and presented it to Sen. Joe Biden (D - Dl), Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
Anyone who has seen Obama’s passport data gets a high ranking job with the administration.
Does this thing about her passport records have to do with the information that the private detective with Ed Hale was supposed to be getting—the port of entry information that was being anticipated?

Maybe is someone ran some ads in their papers, an honest reporter might respond about what they know.

Maybe the general public would be interested in other reasons why perhaps his records have been scraped clean.
Maybe his birth certificate called him “caucasian.” Perfectly logical for the secretary or nurse at the hospital to fill out the form that way, when every member of the family was white, mom and grandparents, and probably Senior was nowhere around. Nothing wrong with the above, but maybe it’s embarrassing to him.
Maybe he went to Occidental as a foreign student on some kind of special visa, to save money, or to ease entry? Maybe his race was even written as Asian, to match his Indonesian passport, and maybe his official name was Soetoro. This would be quite dishonest, far worse than Clinton getting a deferment from Viet Nam.
And who knows what sort of papers he wrote when he was a young rabble-rouser at Columbia, worshipping famous communists and black power separatists? Who knows what things he may have said against the United States, in order to prove he was down with the struggle?
Maybe the country would be shocked if an Arab fanatic really paid for his Harvard Law studies, or if evidence showed that Obama did not write his own autobiography, and perhaps an infamous terrorist did.
Not true: his high school grad page in the yearbook lists him as Barry Obama. Though perhaps it could have been photoshopped?

everything else you’ve stated is fine- not this.
There was an account that a Soetoro was going to high school some conceivably doable distance from Occidental College at same time and this hser (who indeed was under some foreign aid help and Indonesian) was BS auditing HS classes to make entry into Columbia. Turns out it wasn’t so. His name as I recall was Mohammed Soetoro.
